There are thousands of incidents happening around us everyday. Some we know or are involved with while others that are unknown to us. How safe are we girls? To what extent can we instinctively hold our ground? Be strong with our narratives? Many such questions haunt us all. While at times we keep true and march on, we occasionally have to stop ourselves being terrified of the consequences. In the streets, workplace, social media and even in our own home, we are constantly being victimized by many obstacles. Some of us can push through these obstacles while others fail and are left stranded on the other side... To ensure that these obstacles are being overcome, we need to know about our own rights and our own strength.. SDG-16 is working towards establishing peace by thwarting violence against women as well as all kinds of violence. And so, on the occasion of the upcoming women's day, under the supervision of Youth Club Of Bangladesh a discussion meeting is being organized titled 'Voice Against violence' Supported by Youth For Change BD and CMUD. This will be a discussion on violence against women, offensive behavior, negative attitudes at work, intervention of women's rights, sexual harassment and online fraud. We will listen to women who are fighting against adversity and be made aware of many unknown facts happening around us everyday.
